The Role
We’re seeking an energetic Director of Operations to join the aMoon Alpha Team, supporting our portfolio companies. In this role, you’ll monitor strategic needs and drive cross-fund initiatives to address them, including overseeing our Bridges program, which connects portfolio companies with key players in healthcare, Wall Street, research institutions, and top Biopharma, MedTech, and Tech corporations.
Who you are
A strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to plan and execute tasks while managing multiple responsibilities. Experienced in coordinating teams, building relationships, and working with executives. Strong influence and leadership abilities, with excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
•Document and monitor portfolio companies’ needs through interactions with investment teams and CEOs.
•Oversee connections between portfolio companies and organizations and coordinate community events.
•Generate internal reports and support business development initiatives to expand global connections.
•Participate in conferences and organize delegations and events.
Requirements
3-5 years of project management or other multi-disciplinary management experience (in the private or public sector)
Experience in a matrix organization with strong upward management skills
Experience in a global, multicultural environment
- Technologically/digitally/data savvy
- Native-level English
- Studies: Multidisciplinary or Life Sciences background is an advantage. At least a Bachelor's degree with high marks.
- Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem in the USA is an advantage.
