Position Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the AP Specialist ensures that all vendor bills are booked and allocated correctly with sufficient evidence in compliance with GAAP, and according to company policy. 

  • Review invoices for accuracy and process invoices in Dynamics 365 Business Central for two-way and three-way match in paperless environment
  • Ensure invoices are accurately coded
  • Process employee expense reimbursements
  • Ensure sales and use tax is accrued as necessary
  • Research and resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies
  • Respond to vendor invoice/payment inquiries and resolve any discrepancies on a timely manner
  • Assist with month end close related to vendor accruals
  • Other tasks as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum of three years A/P experience
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects while exemplifying stellar interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
