The Role

The Role

We are seeking a superstar Personal Assistant for aMoon's Co-founder and Managing Partner in our new Boston office.


We are in the search for an energetic, motivated individual with advanced knowledge of high-level calendar and schedule management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to step outside the box and perform special projects and assignments, and the flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

In this role, you will support our Managing Partner in growing aMoon's global presence and engage with very senior level executives, entrepreneurs, investors, and other PA's across the globe. We are looking for the highest-level of professionalism in coordinating various tasks including travel abroad and handling private trips and transfers; Scheduling meetings, conference/video calls, and offsite meetings; managing overall presentation and organization of the office to the highest standard; ensuring overall office operations and scheduling efficiency, supporting employee engagement and wellness, and managing operations of office activities and events.


You Are

A well-organized, flexible, motivated, and positive person who can work well under stress and pressure and enjoys the opportunity to make an impact in a growing organization. You have a background in office management or executive/personal assistance of over 2 years. You are detail-oriented, personable, approachable, exceptionally organized, resilient, and excellent with time management. You are a superb problem solver who goes above and beyond to provide excellent service to employees while adhering to internal policies and procedures. You are patient and open-minded, you take initiative, and you can juggle multiple tasks calmly and professionally. You are extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You have native-level speaking and writing abilities in English (required) and Hebrew (advantage).

This position is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
