As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will assist hiring managers in recruiting IT/Data Science teams in North America, create job advertisements and publishing them on Job boards, universities' career centers , etc. and coordinate all the recruitment process for North America.
As part of your responsibilities you will:
Source potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
Screen applications, giving feedback to candidates
Conduct interviews on via Phone, Teams or face-to-face
Draft employment letters
Contact external recruiters and negotiating terms of collaboration
Negotiate compensation packag
Send offer letters to selected candidates
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition
Experience in recruiting in Technology field a must
Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist or similar role in fast-growing company
Effective time-management abilities, self-driven, ability to work independently
Good verbal and written communication skill
