WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are a mature medical startup looking for a user-experience junior to design our current & future products while ensuring a great user experience and consistent design for our customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Deliver user experience solutions & demos with a focus on translating business and customer needs into UX deliverables.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand the customer business needs and product requirements.

• Translate concepts to wireframes/prototypes & detailed design specifications

• Work closely with other UI/UX designers, R&D and QA engineers

• Plan, perform and analyze usability tests to internal and external customers

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years of UX design experience with proven results demonstrating UX success.

• Experience with web application design - a must

• Ability to work with customers to understand detailed requirements and use-cases

• Ability to analyze complex systems and processes – a must

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and customer in both Hebrew and English – a must

• Experience with Axure as prototyping tools – a must

• Experience with Enterprise applications UX design – an advantage

• Experience with handout systems such as Zeplin/InVision - an advantage

• Education: Cognitive psychology, Design or Human-Computer interfaces education
