We are seeking an experienced Director of People to nurture, strengthen and scale aMoon’s rapidly growing team. The Director of People will be tasked to develop, manage and maintain: performance management, employee development, employee engagement & culture initiatives.
The Director of People will design and lead people operations & processes across the entire employee experience including role scoping, onboarding, ongoing training and mentorship. He/She will run internal recruiting activities including developing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the fund.
The Director of People will establish learning and development initiatives, as well as projects to accelerate our internal talent development and growth. He/She will nurture aMoon’s culture by infusing our core values into our team's daily operations through various initiatives across the organization.
You are a natural leader with relevant People/HR experience and a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and emotional intelligence. You are passionate about supporting team members and nurturing culture in a high-paced, rapid growth environment. A proactive, energetic, people-person with outstanding interpersonal skills who can foster partnerships within all levels of the team. A person of unfettered integrity and transparency; an accomplished result-driven manager with a proven ability to lead strategic people plans to scale our team and accelerate growth. You hold a relevant, degree, speak both Hebrew and English fluently and confidently, and possess a record of working with senior management members in a successful global organization.
