Our data science and digital tools combined with our clinical expertise are shifting the diabetes treatment paradigm from management to remission.

The Program Manager at DayTwo is a vital part of our team to ensure the success of our food-as-medicine approach to manage glucose levels and overall health for our employer clients. You will oversee recruitment and selection of participants and own the program calendar with multiple timelines and milestone deliverables. As a member of our team working closely with our dietitians, marketing, customer success and operations team, you will help shape the approach and practice of our program both in-person and in a virtual setting.

Your Impact

        Thorough knowledge of planning, implementing, and managing single and multiple programs is required
        Manage and oversee multiple implementations simultaneously, assisting team to deliver launches on time
        Functions as a liaison between internal DayTwo teams and clients
        Oversee recruitment and selection process of the program participants and organize supplies and materials for each participant
        Prepares metrics and updates about project progress for leadership of DayTwo and the customer
        Oversee development of informed consent forms, recruitment plans, monitoring plans and other related documents
        Work closely with Marketing to determine marketing campaigns, assets, educational material for participants
        Develop an operating calendar to manage multiple timelines, milestones deliverables in collaboration with DayTwo Nutrition team and clients
        Set-up and schedule in-person and group education by facilitating webinars, conference calls, or other computer-based training offerings
        Monitoring and evaluating training data to improve the overall program

You will love this job

        5+ years of clinical or medical center Program Management. Diabetes Program Management a plus. 
        BONUS: Certified diabetes educator (CDE) with experience of direct diabetes and clinical experience or diabetes education center or diabetes care focused medical center
        Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, prioritize projects and meet the demands of a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Adaptable to quickly changing priorities
        Critical thinking skills to evaluate issues and identify a potential solution
        Have additional background or interest in health technology, informatics, or telemedicine
        Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to utilize diverse modes of communication. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences such as patients, teammates, customers, and scientific professionals.
        Comfortable using various digital platforms and a remote delivery model in a rapidly changing environment; technology literacy is a must!

        Willing to travel as required
        Bachelor’s Degrees Registered Dietitian (RD)
        Understanding of HIPAA regulations, and strict adherence to patient privacy
