aMoon Alpha is a proprietary engine for excess value creation, a unit which is charged with maximizing aMoon’s unique scale and talent capabilities to deliver impactful, sustainable value creation opportunities for our portfolio and platform. aMoon Alpha Talent, Director will manage one of the main pillars of the aMoon Alpha unit by identifying, characterizing, sourcing, recruiting, and engaging top talent for aMoon and portfolio companies, maintaining an expert network and managing key external collaborations and partnerships focused on talent.  

• Proactively manage talent network (board, executive and C Level), expert network, and source experts and executives for opportunities for and within the aMoon portfolio.

• Scouting, attracting and referring top talent to aMoon and aMoon Portfolio Companies. 

• Lead and manage recruitment cycle for specific recruitment assignments which includes working closely with senior stakeholders, attracting and selecting appropriate talent.

• Lead and support executive/board/C Level searches executing in parallel across the aMoon portfolio. This will include job description and talent profile specification, existing talent platform review and search, market mapping, search firm selection (as applicable), aMoon network candidate sourcing, etc.

• Build relationships and partnerships with agencies and staffing firms. Lead and oversee delivery of end to end recruitment operations and performance. 

• Create a unique and memorable candidate experience and manage candidate expectations. Monitor and ensure legal compliance of hiring process activities.

• Manage the talent platform to ensure all talent is recorded in the system and talent records always remain up to date and provide analysis and reporting on talent platform utilization. 

• Partner with portfolio talent professionals to create and deliver HR/ Recruiting best practices for growth-stage technology companies on executive assessment, coaching, and culture/engagement and assist in creating winning entrepreneurial and executive teams as part of venture creation activities.

• Build strong network relationships and nurture partnerships with key talent communities



• A degree in business administration or human resources 

• 5+ years´ experience in the field of Talent Acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced and high-tech environment (preference to life sciences)

• C Level/Board Member executive search recruiting experience 

• Healthcare industry and health tech recruitment knowledge 

• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English 

• Ability to quickly build trusted relationships with senior executives 

• Advanced internet search/sourcing experience and well-versed in the use of social media sourcing tools.

• Collaborative and proactive approach and ability to act autonomously

• Strong in-person presence and ability to drive executive-level conversations with poise, keen EQ, and thoughtful insights.

• Strong leadership skills including communication, delivery of results, consultative skills, partnership skills.

• Ability to juggle many tasks with attention to detail and excellent follow-through in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
