We are looking for a strong Customer Success leader to join our operation team and help our end users to achieve their success to better health. If you are passionate about customer experience, detail-oriented and excited to roll up your sleeves to make customers successful with our product, you may be who we’re looking for.

Your Impact:

    • Grow a multi-disciplinary customer success team of project manager, CD, customer support/ success agents.
    • Implement customer success methodologies and best practices
    • Work close with Projects managers, Product, Sales and Marketing teams 
    • Manage success communication channels internal and external 
    • Ability to manage clients’ accounts* on all levels: technical, business, support, and product and help them succeed in their goals from on boarding to ongoing customers
    • Drive Customer Success outcomes
    • Proactively Manage Customer Success activities
    • Measure effectiveness of Customer Success
    • Be the customer advocate to the rest of the team; Collect and present user feedback to product management to influence development priorities and future roadmap

    • 5+ years of experience in leading customer-facing organizations

    • Project management abilities
    • Experience withsubscription-based model both B2B2C and D2C 
    • Experience withaccount management 
    • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
    • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
    • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
    • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
    • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
    • Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience
