DayTwo is seeking a digital guru whose broad experience in online strategies, technologies and content creation will guide, strengthen and innovate DayTwo's brand and reach. As the Digital Marketing Director you will own implementation and optimization of our digital strategy, marrying design, message and analysis to ensure effectiveness. Your scope will cover all online properties, including website, paid media, email, landing page and channel platforms.  You will envision, strategize and build, with the ultimate goal of establishing DayTwo's product pipeline of microbiome-based diagnostics and therapeutic solutions as the preferred choice in leading healthcare organizations.
Your goals are to drive the growth of our user base and increase engagement among existing users.     • Partner with COO and Director, Business Development to craft integrated marketing plans that increase brand awareness, engagement and conversions to elegantly position DayTwo’s products to target the health and wellness industry
    • Plan and manage all elements of the DayTwo digital space, including web, email, advertising, SEO, lead generation, PPC, landing pages, visitor experience and engagement, etc.
    • Create and own DayTwo’s digital marketing framework/structure
    • Create an SEO strategy
    • Create an online advertising strategy and implementation plan
    • Lead digital strategy, content development, project prioritization, release scheduling, testing, QA, monitoring, analysis and reporting
    • Develop an analytics road map, determining key metrics for measurement and reporting 
    • Manage optimization efforts for interactive components of landing pages, i.e. A/B and multivariate testing, and analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insight 
    • Identify new and emerging online website technology, capabilities and industry best practices, for continual growth and improvement of the DayTwo digital marketing machine
    • Present digital strategies, roadmaps, analysis/results and budgets to senior management

What You Bring To The Team

    • 8+ years of marketing experience, including strong strategic planning and content development in the healthcare &/or biology weight/nutrition experience required
    • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar discipline; advanced degree preferred
    • Skill using multiple techniques to advance marketing and business development objectives: client engagement, written communication, thought leadership, website, digital and social media, proposal development, public relations, market research, client relationship management, and measurement and analytics, among others
    • Demonstrated knowledge of resource management, including an expert knowledge of the online media space with regard to healthcare products, unique issues in healthcare marketing, and effective digital solutions and managing a company’s online reputation
    • Excellent knowledge of tools like Google Analytics and web traffic resources with the ability to identify, develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive informed decision making and refining social media and content strategies
    • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and express them clearly; superior written and verbal communications skills
    • Advanced knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, B2C and B2B, communications planning, graphic standards, corporate identity management and internet/mobile publishing
    • Travel may include industry conferences and DayTwo-hosted events
