Director of Business Development EU-UK at IBEX

The primary responsibility of the Director of Business Development is to establish and grow the Ibex business in the European market. In this role, you’ll identify, develop and manage relationships with potential customers, partners, and Key Opinion Leaders, negotiate and execute on opportunities, while keeping frequent interactions with Ibex’s development team.

Specifically, you will:

  • Drive the Ibex go-to-market strategy, by identifying new business opportunities; markets, products, partners and customers
  • Develop a network of strategic and business partnerships, negotiate and close partnership deals with win-win terms
  • Create and manage new sales opportunities
  • Keep Ibex current with all material issues and developments in the European market


  • BSc/BA in a relevant field, advanced degree – an advantage
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales/business development positions, at least 4 at the director level
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and in startups
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and partners by demonstrating an understanding of the clinical, business and regulatory environments, in which they operate
  • Proven sales and partnership building track record
  • Self-directed, proactive and with a strong drive to meet and exceed business objectives
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness for frequent travel in Europe
