What are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented, creative, and ambitious algorithm engineer to join our WPF team in producing a unique desktop application for healthcare research. The candidate will be responsible for implementing the application’s rich feature set, combining mathematics & statistics algorithms for clinical insights in a big data environment. To be successful in this role, you should be a math lover, riddle solver who can think more than 2 steps forward.The candidate will work to bridge the gaps between business needs, and the technical implementation of the application by working closely with MDClone’s product, development, and QA teams.
Your responsibilities will include
C# coding, implementing mathematical and statistical algorithms that will be incorporated into MDClone's WPF product
Work as part of an R&D team in developing independent algorithms.
Work with design documentation and development specifications.
High development standards and methodologies.
Academic and professional experience
At least BSc in mathematics, physics, or a highly related area (M.Sc. or Ph.D. - advantage).
At least 2 years of algorithms development experience.
Ability to read and write comfortably in at least one programming language.
Experience with C# /.NET - advantage.
Ability to conduct research, independently; able to find and comprehend mathematical and statistical articles.
Experience in writing unit tests, as well as functional, and integration tests - advantage.
Experience with micro-service architecture - advantage.
Experience with Big Data technologies - advantage.
