Customer Success Manager at IBEX

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to support the implementation and maximize the value of its products at a growing number of customer sites, through establishing in-depth relationships, optimizing customer experience, and providing customer input to internal R&D teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers and partners for optimal experience and engagement
  • Provide product support and training to customers and users
  • Provide insights to customers to ensure optimal use of the platform with the aim of growing adoption
  • Represent the voice of the customer/partner to provide input into the product and sales process
  • Serve as primary contact of on-boarding of new customers and research partners

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of international experience as Customer Success Manager or similar customer-facing role (e.g. Pre-sale Engineer, Clinical Application Specialist)
  • BSc in life/exact science
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, self-starter, proactive and responsible
  • Fluent in English (written and oral). Additional languages – an advantage
  • Willingness to frequent travel abroad
  • Experience in software company – an advantage
  • Experience in a company within the medical field – an advantage
